Terms of trade of MY DVA GROUP
Following terms and conditions are valid for the business relationship between retailers and agents from foreign countries and MY DVA GROUP, Osadni 28, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic and these are accepted with all invoices and payments.
Customer: The catalogue and the e-shop www.school-furniture.info and www.schul-mobel.de were especially designed for schools, school and educational establishment, institutions dealing with education and teacher training institutes.
Orders: Orders can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail or via our e-shop at www.school-furniture.info and www.schul-mobel.de. All accepted orders will be confirmed in writing, including the final price of the delivery.
Prices: Prices specified in the printed catalogue are stated in EUR, EXW (Plzen, Czech Republic). The prices are subject to change throughout the year due to price increase for some materials. Updated prices including current discounts can be found at www.school-furniture.info and www.schul-mobel.de. Prices are always listed including packing. In case the purchaser has no valid VAT-ID, the Czech VAT of 20 per cent would be added to the final price.
Terms of Payment: Private entities pay upon an issued pro-forma invoice or under the conditions provided in the purchase contract. The bank account will be specified in the pro-forma invoice. Until the price has been paid in full, the goods shall remain property of Skolicky, s.r.o.
Warranty: Unless provided otherwise, a two year warranty applies to all products. Nevertheless, an extended warranty of 3 to 5 years is provided for most of our goods. This warranty does not apply to intentionally damaged or improperly handled goods.
Complaints: Complaints are addressed in accordance with the Czech Commercial Code, always with maximum effort to satisfy our customers.
Delivery dates may vary, usually 4 – 6 weeks. Any delay beyond the stated period will be notified by e-mail where possible.
